What that means day to day
As a key strategic partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to drive people-focused initiatives that fuel success. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Building strong relationships – Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert HR guidance.
* Solving people challenges – Proactively identify issues and implement innovative, tailored solutions.
* Developing leaders – Coach managers to retain top talent, ensuring robust succession and development plans.
* Leveraging data for impact – Use people analytics to spot trends, enhance organisational health, and support data-driven decision-making.
* Shaping the future – Offer expertise in organisational design and integration projects.
* Optimising performance – Help the business manage attrition, absence, and performance to foster a high-performing culture.
What you’ll need to be successful
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* HR expertise – A solid background in an HR/People function with proven experience as an HR Business Partner, including handling complex employee relations (ER) cases.
* CIPD Level 5 or above – A strong foundation in HR best practices and strategic people management.
* Change & transformation leadership – Recent experience in developing and implementing robust strategies for managing complex change processes.
* Employment Law expertise – Excellent knowledge of employment law with the ability to navigate complex workplace issues with confidence.
You may also have a track record of success in private-equity backed organisations, and have hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations.
