You'll take ownership of a range of essential tasks, from preparing accurate customer quotes to handling administrative processes and following up on licence renewals. Working from their offices in RH13, your job responsibilities will include: Preparing and sending accurate quotations to customers. Ensuring Zoho CRM is accurately updated with all sales activities, including quotations. Keeping Xero updated with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills. Following up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment. Staying updated on US Dollar exchange rates to ensure quotations are correctly priced. Monitoring contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded. Analysing renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business. Reaching out to customers who choose not to renew, collecting feedback, and collaborating with team members to address any issues. Upgrading editions and cross-selling products during renewal discussions. Following up on renewal quotes and processing renewal orders efficiently. Contacting potential and existing customers to offer their services. Handling both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary. Completing various administrative tasks, such as filling out New Supplier forms. They are looking for someone with great communication skills who enjoys building relationships with customers. You should be detail-oriented and confident working with numbers, but most importantly, they are after someone with a proactive and positive attitude who loves to learn and grow with the team.
