As a Lead Crew, you will be expected to provide expertise in the provision of quality patient care, guiding and coaching crew in the delivery of safe clinical care.

In order to ensure our crews are able to constantly deliver this high standard of care, we are looking to recruit a Lead Ambulance Crew to support the team at our PANDR, Cambridge hub. As Lead Crew, you will be expected to provide expertise in the provision of quality patient care, guiding and coaching crew in the delivery of safe clinical care. To enable this to happen, you will need to lead by example and have a proactive approach in implementing and adhering to all policies and procedures and ensuring that the crews do the same.

About You:
* Be able to communicate effectively with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
* Hold a clinical qualification, ideally our EAC Certificate or an equivalent
* Hold an IHCD D1 or D2 driving qualification or equivalent such as CERAD or ERDT
* Have experience of non-emergency driving within a statutory service
