School Marketing and Recruitment Officer

Nottingham Business School is seeking a School Marketing and Recruitment Officer to champion our postgraduate, MBA and executive education offerings. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative marketing and recruitment strategies that are pivotal to achieving our student recruitment objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Represent Nottingham Business School at national and international recruitment fairs and events, requiring occasional travel.
* Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans that not only achieve student entry goals but also enhance our School’s reputation and profile.
* Offer personalised recruitment experiences for potential MBA candidates, and other applicants, guiding them from initial contact through to enrolment.
* Manage internal and external communications, utilising CRM and digital platforms to deliver engaging and inclusive content and events.
