About The Role
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a knack for organisation and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team supporting Wernick Refurbished Buildings.
As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. From raising purchase orders and keeping office supplies up to date to managing reception, your efforts will be at the heart of everything we do!
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Raising purchase orders
2. Processing information onto an electronic database
3. Office administration including scanning & filing
4. Answering the phone
5. Managing reception
6. Keeping office supplies up to date

1. A highly organised individual who thrives on attention to detail and accuracy.
2. A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
4. A proactive team player who can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
