The main responsibility for the operations team is to support educators and clients in the matching process. The team ensures both educators and clients can meet each other and extract value from the marketplace. The team is on a daily basis responsible for overseeing the process of urgent booking, short term jobs, long term jobs and permanent placements.
As Support Coordinator, you are a first-class service star and responsible for maintaining high levels of service via phones, emails, and the marketplace by responding to queries during opening hours. As Support Coordinator, you provide first-line support, assisting our educators and clients with all their questions and processing bookings in the system.
The Support Coordinator reports directly to the Team Lead for that market.
Responsibilities
1. Keep email, phone, and Humly’s marketplace open during opening hours.
2. Provide first-line support to all questions from our clients, educators, and external contacts.
3. Deliver excellent service to our clients and educators.
4. Match urgent and short-term jobs in the marketplace when the team is over capacity.
5. Be a strong team player and strive to impact the team's KPIs.
6. Manage administrative tasks, including PO numbers and updating 3rd party systems.
7. Educate clients and educators on how to use the app.
8. Support educators and clients with administrative tasks such as timesheets and training.
9. Be flexible and willing to shift focus depending on the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualities:
1. Previous experience working in education or recruitment.
2. Good administrator with an eye for detail, organized, and a good communicator.
3. Full UK driving licence is preferred; the ability to commute daily to our London office is required.
