Hays are partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit an Administration Officer (HR Branch) on a temporary basis.
Your new role
Assist with the preparation, processing, and management of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Draft and format recruitment-related correspondence, including offer letters, rejection letters, and interview invitations
Maintain and update databases and records
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous administrative experience
A good level of communication skills
Experience in the use of MS Office applications to include; Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams
What you'll get in return
£12.59 per hour
Temporary for 3 Months with Possible Extension
Full-time Working Pattern
South Belfast Location
