What skills and experience we're looking for
Degree in Psychology or related qualification
Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards
Experience of teaching A-level Psychology
Experience of teaching or examining for AQA Psychology
Experience of leading and or managing in an educational context
Experience of working in a demanding environment where high levels of organisation are required
A passion for the subject of Psychology
Ability to lead a high performing team
An outstanding teacher that inspires others
Ability to be adaptable and flexible
Has high expectations of staff and students
Ability to form & maintain appropriate relationships & personal boundaries with young people
Ability to prioritise & meet deadlines
Ability to use Information Technology effectively
Excellent communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
