Are You Ready to Lead with Impact?
Imagine being the guiding clinical voice at a forward-thinking, purpose-driven veterinary clinic. A rare opportunity has emerged for a talented Veterinary Surgeon to take the reins as Clinical Lead, shaping the future of veterinary care in a setting that combines compassion with clinical excellence.
Why This Role Stands Out
You’ll be joining a well-established, passionate team including Veterinary Surgeons, RVNs, VCAs, and support staff – all united in their mission to deliver outstanding care. The practice is purpose-built, newly opened, and superbly equipped: think state-of-the-art surgical suites, dedicated diagnostic zones, separate recovery areas for cats and dogs, dental facilities with digital imaging, an in-house lab, and more.
Your leadership will drive clinical excellence, mentor fellow vets, and steer clinical standards – all while being supported by an experienced Practice Manager and skilled nursing team.
What We’re Looking For
You're not just a skilled vet – you're a people-first leader ready to inspire a team. Whether you already hold a certificate, are studying toward one, or are keen to start – we’ll support your growth. Charity experience is a bonus, but what matters most is your commitment to excellent care and team collaboration.
You’ll enjoy the variety of supporting both internal and community patients, without the pressure of out-of-hours responsibilities. Plus, we value your wellbeing with benefits including:
* Up to £70,000 salary (DOE)
* 4-day week (flexible options considered)
* No on-call or OOH
* £1500 CPD allowance + 30 CPD hours
* RCVS, VDS, and BVA/BSAVA fees paid
* Generous annual leave
* Company pension scheme
* Staff discount on veterinary fees
* Free on-site parking
