Collaborate closely with Regional Directors and Regional Operations Managers, providing a true partnering service to support the Operations team in the field. The role involves managing employee relations issues, empowering stakeholders, and working with the Engagement, Development & Talent HRBP to ensure talent presence and succession plans. You will support initiatives to increase engagement levels and improve staff retention, guide managers on policy implementation, and contribute to monthly reporting. We are looking for an excellent collaborator with a flexible and agile growth mindset, experience in a multi-site HRBP role, and strong business acumen.
