A Childrens Social Worker is required to join Dudley’s Children in Service Team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.
As a Social Worker on the Looked After Children Team you will be
* Completing Children and Family Assessments
* Section 47 enquiries
* Care Planning and pathway planning
* Completing risk assessments and safety planning
* Writing reports for LAC reviews
* PEP meetings
* Writing initial court statements and care plans
* Applying for care orders and revocation of care orders
* Pre proceedings and care proceedings
* Viability assessments and sibling assessments
* Working with young people at home on care orders, in foster care
As a Social Worker you are required to:
* Hold a Social Work England registration
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
