Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Ability to work in a clean, organized, and respectful manner.
2. Possess tact and professionalism when representing the company in customers' homes.
3. Must be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly, as situations may differ from initial reports.
4. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing remedial work, attending inspections on behalf of the client, completing scope of works, and coordinating trades.
5. A recognized trade qualification is required, along with previous experience in a customer-facing role.
6. A multi-skilled background is essential, with proficiency in some or all of the following areas: carpentry, tiling, decorating, plumbing, and high-quality finishing.
7. A full, clean driving license is mandatory.
Role Information:
1. Standard working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Flexibility may be required based on workload.
2. Occasional out-of-hours work may be necessary in case of emergencies, and the post holder will be required to respond to emergency out-of-hours calls.
3. A company uniform and vehicle for business use will be provided.
