Supply Chain Administrator- Bracknell- 12 Months- £15-£18 ph PAYE
Responsibilities:
Support purchasing process in the Supply Chain and Operations Team
Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders
Process invoices efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies
Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks
Reconcile discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and received good
Maintain strong relationships with core suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions
Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors
Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses as required
Respond to inquiries from suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members
Support additional administrative tasks within the business support function as needed
Support logistics activities including stock checking and ordering of science consumablesSkills/ Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
Demonstrated ability in working to changing timelines
Demonstrated ability in planning, tracking, and delivering own work
Ability to work with limited supervision and effectively prioritise
Strong eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills
Problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
