Join us as a Performance Media Feeds Specialist and you’ll be a big part of this. This role works on the day-to-day running of our product feeds, including trouble shooting feed issues, promotions set-up and essential optimisation. Working with our technology and agency partners, this role will deliver effective product feeds used across all performance media channels such as Google Shopping and Meta, as well as wider feeds for Retail Media and Reviews. The role is responsible for managing critical feed issues, and understanding requirements for the set-up of new feeds. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Work on the day-to-day running of 45 product feeds which power business activities such as Google Shopping ads, Paid Social ads, Affiliates, Ratings & Reviews and Retail Media. Understand and create resolutions to resolve complex product feed incidents on a frequent basis, including under pressured circumstances such as Google advertising suspension warnings. Troubleshoot feed issues ranging from Google Shopping disapprovals, to missing product data, working with IT teams, Google support and agency partners. Update stakeholders on the status of feed issues and impact, working with the Performance Media Feed Lead Effectively prioritise simultaneous time-sensitive requirements and manage stakeholder expectations on timelines. Understand the feed requirements of each channel and ensure outbound feeds for Meta, Google Shopping etc are created accordingly. Set up promotions in Google Merchant Centre and other feeds. Implement the feed optimisation strategy and tests under the direction of the Performance Media Feed Lead Develop a strong network across B&Q and Kingfisher to ensure that the development of all the product feed is communicated effectively. Take a hands-on approach to creating manual temporary resolutions for short term feed issues, including using the Feed management platform interface (i.e Feedanomics) and supplemental feeds in Google Merchant Centre. Optimise the product feed data (titles, descriptions, categorisation, custom labels and other attributes) Work with the Product Data Team to gather missing data and encourage product data to be optimised at source Required Skills & Experience: Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple, clear and compelling ways. Strong Excel experience, including understanding of functions such as Vlookups, IF functions, and how they can be used to transform data. A curious mind-set and an exceptionally high attention to detail. Understanding of Google Shopping feed requirements and best practice, as well as the requirements and best practice of other major feeds such as Meta.
