Job Title: Senior Customer Relationship Manager
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours p/w
Salary: £25,000.00 - £32,000.00 per annum
Location: Head Office Tredomen Gateway, Ystrad Mynach, CF82 7EH.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with employers and stakeholders. Your objective is to achieve monthly sales targets and manage accounts with precision, generating high-value sales and fostering long-term business relationships. You will embody and champion the company's values, driving excellence in education, learning, and development.
You will develop a strategic customer base whereby Educ8 is positioned as the ‘provider of choice’ for the employer’s requirements in terms of recruitment (new Apprenticeships) and staff training. You will engage with high quality, proactive employers that are able and willing to benefit from our complete range of products and therefore offer a high return on investment. In addition, you will contribute to the delivery and improvement of our employer strategy by gathering employer feedback and making recommendations for improvements where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1. Be integral in driving business growth aligned with Educ8’s ambitious business plan and achievement of business and sales KPI’s.
2. Achieve monthly team sales targets and cultivate a pipeline of qualified prospects of talented and committed people eligible for Educ8’s portfolio of services.
3. Create, write, and deliver compelling sales proposals within Educ8 to meet or exceed targets.
4. Apply a disciplined approach to monthly forecasting, ensuring accurate predictions and proactive planning.
5. Develop and nurture new and existing strategic client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships.
6. Identify and prioritise new business opportunities, maximising cross-selling and upselling.
7. Engage proactively with stakeholders and attend relevant events, external events, seminars and networking opportunities to support the sales and positive ROI.
8. Collaborate with operational teams to align sales activity with operational capacity.
9. Maintain accurate data in the CRM system (Hubspot) to inform business decisions.
10. Ensure any concerns relating to safeguarding and wellbeing are reported for learners and escalated as appropriate.
Essential Criteria
1. Driven by targets and objectives, with a proven track record in sales.
2. Experienced in developing high-level strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders.
3. Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer relations effectively.
4. Proficient in using digital technologies to promote teaching and learning.
5. Leadership experience in management (desirable).
6. Experience within the education and skills sector, preferably in Apprenticeships (desirable).
7. Experience in B2B sales (desirable).
8. Full driving license, own vehicle and willing to travel throughout Wales.
