Position: Buying Admin Assistant
The Buyer’s Admin Assistant role reports to a Buyer/Senior Buyer in the Footwear Division, working together to deliver the best ranges for our customer, managing the administration of a given department ensuring all systems are kept up to date. The aim is to deliver a profitable customer-centric range and provide day-to-day administrative support to the category.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the buying team with their administration.
* Keeping information up to date and correct in all relevant systems and databases.
* Maintaining the critical path.
* Supporting AB’s with analysis of the fashion market and customer activity through competitive shops, sales and trend.
* Supporting weekly trade meetings through best seller reports.
* Maintenance of samples – chasing and booking in.
* Racking up samples with care and consideration for sign offs and range reviews.
* Ad hoc duties are also an essential part of the Buyers Admin Assistant role as you provide full administrative support to the fashion buying team.
Requirements:
* Excellent administrative, communication, and organization skills.
* A keen interest in fashion and a customer-first approach.
* Driven & motivated.
* Retail experience preferred.

Ways of Working:
We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. If you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!
Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5 days. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
