Key Responsibilities for the Digital Mobilisation Manager:
* Act as subject matter expert for all digital restaurant solutions within Business & Industry.
* Lead end-to-end mobilisation projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales and standards.
* Work collaboratively with sector leads and operations teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored digital solutions.
* Own and maintain central mobilisation plans, deployment schedules, and reporting tools.
* Drive process improvement and agility to accelerate deployment timelines and enhance client experiences.
* Collaborate with product managers to embed updates and enhancements into deployments.
* Act as the main point of contact for operational and support teams, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
* Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, overseeing installations, budgets, and compliance.
* Champion digital adoption by working with culinary and marketing teams to ensure offerings excite and engage customers.
* Support with data-driven decision-making, promotional tactics, and customer journey mapping.
* Provide project and technical support during onboarding, including high-profile or complex client launches.
Key skills for the Digital Mobilisation Manager:
* Degree-level education.
* Proven track record in stakeholder management and operational mobilisation.
* Experience in delivering digital transformation projects, ideally in hospitality or retail environments.
* Knowledge of app or digital product development and implementation.
* Strong project management skills with relevant tools and qualifications.
* Confident user of MS Project and other digital planning tools.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
* Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
