We’re seeking a detail-oriented Governance Analyst for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to join our dynamic Operational Services team. You’ll play a crucial part in supporting a variety of change and governance activities by regularly collating data, producing insightful reports, and analysing standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. What you’ll be doing: Support the production of insights and performance data to ensure quality of reporting is maintained to a high standard. Develop and document standards across all Customer Communication processes, including regulatory requirements and accessibility standards. Support the identification, analysis and control of risk across all Operational Services processes, suppliers and services. Be responsible for conducting impact assessments and audits, maintaining records to monitor controls and escalation of any issues. Strong awareness of risk and control frameworks. Ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports. Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Skilled in presentation and training delivery.
