We are currently recruiting for a Inspector and Visit Coordinator for a prestigious London based not for profit organisation.\n\nThis is 14-month maternity contact - with an immediate start required.\n\nThis role is primarily office based - with 4 days in the office in London and 1 day working from home - working hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm.\n\nThis role is to provide a smooth coordination of project and organisational visits, this includes managing visit locations, supporting Inspectors handling scheduling issues and ensuring visits are completed efficiently and on time. Tracking performance, resoling issues and working closely with the field based team.\n\nDay to day responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and manage visit allocation plans.\nReassign visits as needed based on the Inspectors availability.\nSupport the Inspectors and suppliers with visit logistics and scheduling.\nMaintain accurate visit and organisation data - using Sales Force.\nTrack visit completion - dealing with any unresolved issues.\nProvide weekly reports.\nReview reports Inspectors reports for quality and consistency.\nAddress any discrepancies and issue timely follow-up.\nEscalate trends or reoccurring issues for the management's attention.\nServe as the main contact for Inspectors and organisations regarding visit logistics.\nAssist with booking visits and confirming completions.\nWork with management to resolve any operational issues.\nRespond to any queries from Inspectors and organisations. \n\nPerson Specification:\n\nProven experience in coordination, scheduling or customer fulfilment roles\nExcellent English language skills - both written and oral\nEffective communication skills\nExcellent time management and problem-solving skills\nCollaborative team player.\nExcellent IT skills - including Microsoft Office.\nDetail orientated and organised \n\nExcellent Company Benefits Package\n\nCompany Pension\n\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\nLife Assurance - 4 x salary\n\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
