Main Duties of the Role
* Provide onsite, remote and telephone support
* Project management and implementation
* Keep documentation up-to-date and accurate
* Manage client expectations and adhere to support SLA’s
* Escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineers
* Mentoring junior members of the team
Your Skills and Experience
* Windows Server
* Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune
* Microsoft Exchange
* Hyper-V
* Networking
* Full driving licence
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Certifications desirable
Salary
* £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
