Temporary HR Adviser (Part-Time) – Immediate Start\n\nLocation: Nottingham\nContract: Temporary (Until End of May)\nStart Date: Week commencing 31st March\nHours: 3 full days per week or 5 half days per week\n\nAre you an experienced HR generalist looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity? We are seeking a Temporary HR Adviser to provide vital support to a well-established organisation. With a mix of office-based and remote staff, this role will be based at Nottingham and report directly to the HR Director.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Managing recruitment and selection processes, including statutory employment checks\n\n * Preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts\n\n * Coordinating staff inductions and onboarding\n\n * Overseeing attendance management, including monitoring absence, attending meetings, and liaising with Occupational Health\n\n * Conducting risk assessments related to employee wellbeing\n\n * Maintaining and updating the HR system to track employee records and compliance\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Strong HR generalist experience\n\n * Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices\n\n * Experience using HR systems for record-keeping and reporting\n\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\n * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail\n\nThis is a great opportunity for an HR professional looking to step into a dynamic and varied role on a temporary basis.\n\nIf you are available to start by the end of March and meet the requirements, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.\n\nTo apply, contact Jamie on (phone number removed)
