To strengthen our team at our British branch in Manchester, we are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Specialist with strong German and French language skills to support our team in Darmstadt and assist in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
* Plan maintenance, updates and troubleshooting and coordinate our service specialists on technically highly complex systems throughout the UK and Europe.
* Manage customer queries through phone and email.
* After an induction, you are responsible for your own business partners, managing them independently.
* Use SAP to manage the full circle of workflow (from creating working order to invoicing).
Qualifications:
* Previous work experience or apprenticeship as a service coordinator or in a similar function with a lot of customer contact, ideally in a technical environment.
* Enthusiastic customer communication.
* SAP Business ONE knowledge experience preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
* PC user knowledge with MS Office tools is required.
* Ability to work independently, structured and goal-oriented, and be a team player.
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
* Other languages like Spanish, French, and Italian are beneficial.
* Must have a UK working permit.
