Job Description The Senior Marketing & Digital Analytics Manager will provide insightful analysis on the value of marketing activities across all brands and using data to guide and inform future campaign activity. The data services team provides reporting and analytics to the whole business. Key Responsibilities • Analyse data from multiple data sources including digital online, social media, client and prospect databases to produce insights and advise on all marketing activity. • Measure ROI on marketing spend and optimise performance, measuring marketing efficiencies and providing supporting analysis • Translate behavioural and transactional data into key insights and business deliverables. • Manage the measurement and reporting framework for marketing performance success, providing data for our KPIs against which Marketing campaigns and initiatives will be measured • Deliver proactive insights, and find areas of opportunities to exploit Find opportunities to automate reporting across the marketing and commercial organisation
