Employee Relations Partner\n\nJob Title: Employee Relations Consultant MAT Cover\n\nLocation: Based in London (Hybrid working) & Supporting EMEA Region internally/virtually.\n\nSalary: £44,000 - £48,000\n\nContract Details: 13th month MAT Cover.\n\nFull time.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCounsel and assist employees and management in various employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.\nCollaborate with managers to address performance concerns and develop performance improvement plans.\nCollect, prepare, and analyse Employee Relations data, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.\nConduct investigations into policy violations, discrimination, and workplace concerns, making actionable recommendations.\nDevelop and modify HR policies, ensuring compliance with EMEA laws and best practises.\nMonitor employee engagement and recommend strategies to enhance morale and workplace culture.\nPartner with external vendors to support employees during return-to-work processes. \n\nExperience You'll Bring:\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Employee Relations, specifically EMEA laws and compliance regulations.\nFluency in European languages such as French, Italian, Dutch, or German is a plus.\nProven experience advising employees and managers on a variety of ER issues.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse ER data effectively.\nProven track record in conducting thorough investigations and providing clear recommendations.\nExperience in developing and rolling out HR policies that align with legal requirements.\nAbility to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and special projects. \n\nJoin our client as an Employee Relations Partner and play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture while minimising risks.
