Job summary City 1 Community Mental Health Team provides patient centred and compassionate care to people in the Norwich area with moderate to severe mental illness. Based at the Julian Hospital in Norwich we are looking for a caring and motivated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses to join us. We are a team that prides itself on its team working and we value working together to meet the needs of service users. We work closely with psychology, psychiatry and staff from occupational health and Social Work and work hard to provide the opportunity to learn from each other. As a band 5 nurse within the team, you would work with a defined and planned number of service users with moderate to severe mental illness who require care coordination. You would have opportunities to develop assessment skills, the direct provision of interventions and medicines management.
