As a Lottery Administrator, you will: Provide exceptional service to supporters across various charity lottery partners. Handle lottery administration, including processing entries, payments, and reconciliations. Resolve queries, complaints, and ensure the smooth running of the lottery draws. Support charities with compliance and GDPR -aligned entry processing. Be a key player in creating positive experiences for supporters and clients alike Key Skills : Strong communication & problem-solving skills Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-client demands Knowledge of direct debits & financial balancing Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite You will also need excellent keyboard skills with accurate typing of letters and emails.
