The position of Logistics Administration Manager is a key role within the ANZ Operations team. You will drive excellence in execution across warehouses in Australia and New Zealand, some of which are fully owned by Kraft Heinz, while others operate under a 3PL model. The environment includes ambient and frozen storage. This role connects the Transportation and Warehousing teams, directly impacting the service levels Kraft Heinz provides to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support operational excellence by maintaining up-to-date Accounts Payable records for all Logistics vendors.
* Coordinate and assist in centralizing and storing all data related to Logistics invoices.
* Lead reconciliation of Statements of Accounts for Logistics vendors.
* Collaborate on continuous improvement programs with the CI Logistics Team and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth implementation without disrupting service.
* Work with the Logistics Admin Team to streamline and simplify invoice processing and validation.
* Provide cross-functional support to resolve accounts payable issues, especially for vendors shared across business functions.
* Coordinate with Supply Chain and S&OP Finance to support accruals and paid invoice values.
* Engage with internal stakeholders including Financial Controllership, Distribution Centre Heads, Supply and Operations teams, Transportation, Procurement, and GBS to resolve payment issues for Logistics vendors.

* Knowledge of accounts payable processes
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
* Experience in an FMCG environment is advantageous
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems
* Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and advanced MS Excel skills
* Extensive experience in change management
* Some experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., layer pickers, AGVs, automated high bays)
