You'll be joining our Lead Generation Sales Department
1. The role is permanent and full-time - 35 hours on a shift basis across 6 days
2. The role will mainly be based remotely with travel required as and when needed, with travel expenses paid

Your future, your role
As a Lead Generation Sales Consultant you'll be:
1. Providing complimentary consultations to all patients whilst discussing their needs and available treatment options
2. Managing the patient journey end to end
3. Providing telephone and video consultations to customers who have booked in via our website
4. Taking inbound calls via our dedicated teeth straightening line
5. Responding to social media enquiries whilst ensuring marketing materials and campaigns are fully utilised
6. Liaising closely with practices to carry out a weekly data update
7. Discussing financial options with customers
8. Ensuring that patient data captured is accurate and up-to-date
9. Working closely with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager to ensure any new initiatives are implemented, the team is working well and sales targets are being met
