Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
4. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency.
5. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
