Job Description
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for search engine optimization and search engine marketing? We are seeking an experienced SEO & SEM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns, spearheading SEO initiatives, and driving digital strategy for our clients. Your efforts will be integral to achieving our marketing objectives, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities
1. Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google & Bing. Ensure that ad targeting, budgets, and bid strategies are in line with client objectives.
2. Create and nurture citations to increase brand visibility and SEO.
3. Write, monitor, and optimize website copy related to Search Engine Optimization to drive website traffic, generate purchases/leads and build brand awareness.
4. Optimize e-commerce platforms for our clients using tools like Google Merchant Center.
5. Engage in outreach for backlink opportunities to boost SEO for our clients.
6. Upload blog posts and graphics to clients’ websites built on platforms such as WordPress & Shopify.
7. Continually monitor competitor strategies, both organic and paid, to identify opportunities and threats.
8. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Facebook Pixel to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product usage, and customer behavior.
9. Create reports based on insights to make recommendations for future marketing strategies.
10. Understand the customer's journey through the sales funnel and develop strategies to optimize conversion rates. This might include website A/B testing, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies.
11. Stay up-to-date on emerging advertising trends and best practices, and apply the techniques to our clients.
12. Solve random yet complex issues related to accounts, web pages, tracking, apps, plugins, etc.
13. Set up and manage marketing automation tools and platforms such as email marketing, CRM, and analytics. This includes configuring, integrating, and optimizing these tools to track and nurture leads effectively.
14. Develop and design technical marketing content, such as product datasheets, white papers, and case studies.
