Job Description: We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our dental laboratory’s day-to-day operations. This role will be responsible for handling client communications, managing scheduling, and assisting with lab coordination to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing calls, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed
2. Schedule and organize appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal time management for the lab
3. Assist with tracking and managing lab inventory and supplies
4. Collaborate with lab staff to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow
5. Maintain accurate records, logs, and files related to laboratory operations
6. Help prepare reports and perform basic administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
3. Experience in a customer service or administrative role (experience in a lab or medical setting is a plus)
4. Proficient in office software and comfortable with using technology for scheduling and records management
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
