Sport Aberdeen operates 5 swimming pools throughout the city. We are looking for flexible, reliable and friendly individuals that enjoy working as part of a team to help support the management of the facilities.
You will be self-motivated, possess good communication skills, be proactive and will work as part of a team to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
The role includes lifeguarding the pools, helping customers to enjoy their visit and ensuring high standards of building presentation to maintain the smooth operation of the facilities.
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is a pre-requisite of being a lifeguard and is essential for this role. In addition, a Pool Plant Operator (PPO) and First Aid at Work qualification are also essential for this role. for the right candidate Sport Aberdeen will be willing to put the successful candidate through the relevant courses.
Experience of running a multipurpose venue and managing large teams of staff would also be desirable for this role.
