We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Multi-Group Practice Manager.
Location: To be based acrossAshfield Vets, Castle Vets and White Lion Vets
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

About the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing our 3 sites which are all well established with experienced staff, each boasting their own unique characteristics, yet all adhering to a unified approach within the CVS management structure.
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
2. Recruit, train and supervise team members
3. Create and manage the team rota and ensure adequate coverage at all times
4. Financial responsibility, including banking, budgets and debt control
5. Prepare financial reports and analyse performance
6. Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
7. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
8. Develop long-term goals and plans for the growth of the practice
What we're looking for in our new Practice Manager:
9. Previous Veterinary experience would be preferred, but not essential
10. Managerial or leadership experience would be advantageous
11. Strong planning and problem-solving skills
12. An excellent communicator with strong empathy
13. Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
14. A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
