If you have experience managing hospitality or catering teams, keep reading – this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for You should be energetic, hands-on, and ready to jump in during busy service periods. No job is too small – teamwork is key In addition to leading the team, you’ll also be responsible for compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and maintaining high operational standards. This is a senior Deputy Manager role, with the expectation that within six months, you’ll be managing your own site. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy Manager in a high-volume pub or restaurant. A passion for hospitality – you love the industry and thrive in a customer-focused environment. Strong leadership skills – able to inspire and motivate a large team. Operational expertise – experience in best practice operations and cellar management. A people person – great at building relationships with customers and staff alike. Excellent under pressure – able to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Financial acumen – confident in stock control and hitting financial targets. Organizational skills – ability to plan rotas and ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
