Are you detail-orientated, tech-savvy, and passionate about data management and process improvement?
We are seeking a proactive Data Coordinator to join our Housing Property Services Project Team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation, ensuring high-quality data supports the successful implementation of our Totalmobile ICT system.
The responsibilities of the role include:
collecting, processing, and analysing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency
system support; use and update ICT systems, validate data inputs, and respond quickly to end-user queries
support the review and enhancement of business processes to ensure timely, high-quality data transfers
manage diaries, arrange meetings, take minutes, maintain project documentation, and handle correspondence
work with internal stakeholders and external organisations to resolve data-related issues and streamline processes
deliver user training on the Totalmobile ICT system and provide regular updates on data management improvements and insights
assist with routine financial tasks, including processing invoice payments
What we’re looking for in the candidates:
ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
experience working with Excel, Word, and ICT systems
organisational skills; strong ability to manage tasks, coordinate meetings, and maintain documentation
proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues
ability to deliver training sessions and provide clear updates to stakeholders
collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and with external partners
