SUMMARY
Leads and directs all activities of the Company with the objective of producing quality remanufactured products that meet the demands and expectations of customers, at the lowest cost possible to provide ATC an acceptable return on assets employed. This objective is to be accomplished by effective administration of employees, facilities and assets of the Company to meet customer and ATC goals and objectives.
This candidate must be fluent in both English and German. This position will be responsible for ATC manufacturing sites in Europe and Asia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct responsibility for the profit and loss of each manufacturing site.
2. Develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives for the region, working with each site leader on a regular basis.
3. Coordinate all activities and operations of the manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance functions to affect the quality, efficiency, and economy of all ATC operations.

29. Coordinate and provide for continuous training of business unit employees to promote, effect, and maintain a flexible team environment.
30. Responsible for development and adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the MMOG. Ensure ISO 14001 and TS16949 and other applicable quality certifications are met.
31. In addition to the above, job responsibilities are special assignments as directed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the site leaders and all team members within each site. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational chart, company policies and applicable laws.
TRAVEL
Due to the number of sites in both regions, extensive travel is essential. Expect between 40%-70% of international or domestic travel is required depending on the launch workload, globally.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent preferred; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
It is essential that this candidate has technical knowledge in ICE propulsion systems (engines, transmissions, drivetrain) as well as EV propulsion systems (EDU, ERAD, and battery).
Experience in remanufacturing or aftermarket experience in automotive is a plus. This candidate must have experience in low volume, labor-intensive, and high complexity manufacturing.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. This candidate must be fluent in both English and German.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
CONCEPTUAL ABILITY
Ability to learn both experientially and conceptually. Can understand and interpret abstract concepts for the purpose of strategic thinking and problem solving.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Domestic and international travel is essential. This also includes communication with the headquarters in North America. Due to the different time zones, the physical demand with travel and having to support multiple time zones would lead to many extended hours of work including weekends. Travel could require you to leave on a weekend and work through weekends to support the programs.
