We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to driving our sales, marketing strategies, and managing commercial license negotiations with our centres. Role Overview: As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, creating impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful negotiation of commercial licenses with our partner centres. You will play a vital role in achieving growth, expanding our brand presence, and strengthening partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase customer acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach. Marketing: Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to promote SuperCamps and its offerings. Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimize strategies. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Commercial License Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partner centres to secure favorable commercial licenses. Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and maintain strong relationships with centre managers. Monitor and assess the performance of agreements to ensure alignment with company goals. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales, marketing, and commercial license negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
