Partnership & Business Development Manager - Hybrid Working - £65,000pa
A highly successful and growing business based in Birmingham is looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join the team.
This role would suit an experienced Business Development Manager/Partnership Manager/Sales Manager with 5+ years’ experience selling into the healthcare, social care, or public sector; mid and large cap enterprise experience is required.
As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will lead the sales drive, targeting and educating new customers on the benefits of the business’s services through clear sales funnels. You will create partnership opportunities and explore the business needs of key clients.
You will have expertise in selling solutions into the healthcare sector and will utilize a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and rebuilding relationships with lapsed, lost, and new customers, analyzing sales data to understand client needs, pain points, and opportunities for business development. You will prepare proposals, support the bid team in tendering for new opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all activity is documented and kept up to date. Additionally, you will represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to generate leads and identify and develop partnerships for our services and technologies with targeted opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS products and a working knowledge of using HubSpot Sales or a similar CRM. You should possess proven sales experience, an excellent record of achieving targets, and winning clients. You will be self-driven, results-oriented, and have the initiative to spot and seek out new opportunities.
The salary on offer is £65,000 per annum plus uncapped commission and a benefits package. Please note, this role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to travel to our client's Birmingham office a minimum of one day per week.
