Coyle Personnel, one of the UK’s leading family-run staffing solutions providers, is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical Bias) to join our Facilities Management sector based in Canary Wharf, London. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a team committed to delivering top-tier services in both soft and hard facilities management.\nRole Summary\nAs a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. This role demands a proactive mindset, excellent fault-finding skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nResponsibilities\n * Execute scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with company and statutory procedures\n * Complete dynamic and documented risk assessments to ensure safe working practices are upheld\n * Attend and resolve reactive breakdowns with efficiency, conducting thorough fault finding and necessary repairs\n * Undertake small project installations in compliance with relevant standards and procedures\n * Present a professional image at all times, wearing and maintaining the company uniform\n * Accurately identify and order replacement parts via the company Buyer\n * Support Contract Managers, Account Managers, and Site Supervisors as required\n * Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for additional works\n * Submit Estimate Sheets for any extra works on a regular basis\n * Maintain tidy workspaces and dispose of waste in line with site guidelines\n * Take part in the weekday shift rota (Monday to Friday, 07:00–19:00) and emergency on-call rota if required\nRequirements\n * Previous experience in a similar multi-skilled building services role\n * Recognised Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications\n * Strong technical knowledge of building services equipment and systems\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n * Proven ability to prioritise workload and work independently\n * Experience with Testing & Inspection, PAT Testing\n * IPAF, PASMA, L8 Water Hygiene and Working at Height training\n * Completed apprenticeship\n * Good working knowledge of health and safety practices within a facilities management environment\nFor more details or to apply for this exciting opportunity, please contact Cleo Govind at Coyle Personnel
