Two years significant experience of working with people with mental health needs including needs assessments and the support planning process. Experience of working with people with multiple needs i.e. mental health, homelessness, alcohol/drug dependency. Experience of providing practical and emotional support to enable the client to take up the responsibilities of their own tenancy and settle and reintegrate into the community.
