If you are ready for your next challenge in the water sector, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential wastewater and clean water infrastructure projects across the Nottinghamshire area. YOUR NEW ROLE As a Site Agent/Manager, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards Your leadership will be crucial in minimizing risks, managing sites efficiently, and building strong relationships with stakeholders Reading, interpreting, and communicating construction on site for layouts and material measurements. Ensuring accurate setting out, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site. Effectively influencing site progress and programme deadlines. Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors. Collaborating with team members to ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards during the project phase. Continuously developing industry knowledge, communicating, and implementing best practices to line managers and relevant staff. Maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, policies, and procedures.
