Job Description JOB TITLE: Customer Service Agent LOCATION: Cobalt Business Park TYPE: Permanent, Full - time At DXC we have a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, where we manage their personal lending business. We support customers, calling us with enquiries and requests about their personal lending accounts. We are looking for colleagues to join our team of Customer Service Agents putting our customers at the heart of everything we do every day. Is that you? A good eye for detail, ensuring customer records are kept up to date and are accurate Keen to take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR Experience of working with computer systems A Team Player who enjoys collaborating with team mates to deliver that outstanding customer service together, and working together to identify continuous improvement ideas And through all this achieve core Key Performance Indicators Work Environment The role is based onsite at Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle, with easily accessible bus and train links. Our regular working hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We typically follow a 6-8 week shift rotation, providing ample notice for scheduling. While there is some evening and weekend work, these shifts are distributed among all colleagues. Please note that the center is closed on Bank Holidays. What can we offer you?
