Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm) Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator for a full-time position, initially on a 6-month temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. Salary: Above minimum wage Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours/week)This is an onsite role based near Crownhill. Key Responsibilities: Processing sales orders and arranging deliveries. Coordinating with the warehouse, branches, and manufacturing plant on production lead times and shipment schedules Handling enquiries and complaints from UK distributors and customers Assisting Sales Engineers with quotations, stocktakes, and administrative tasks. General admin and filing Ideal Candidate: Background in customer service or sales order processing Proficient in MS Excel and accustomed to various software. Accurate typing skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Experience in a small team environment is beneficial.
