About the Role: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support and facilitating group activities. Support students who may need additional help due to learning barriers. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging good behaviour and active participation. Help prepare teaching materials and organise classroom resources to enhance the learning experience. Work closely with teachers to track student progress and offer tailored support. Qualifications and Requirements: Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs. Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are advantageous.
