Job Description
* Develop and execute product strategies in line with company goals.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products and increase market share.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
* Oversee product development and manage product life cycle from concept to launch.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
* Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
* Implement changes based on market research and customer feedback.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk associated with product portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Manager should have:
* Degree-level education in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in product management within the FMCG Consumer and/or Electronics industry.
* Strong knowledge of product development processes and marketing strategies, carving out Go-to-Market strategies alongside Sales, NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain disciplines.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Requirement to travel to their offices in Solihull 3 days a week.
