We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced lawyer with 7+ years PQE to join our Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in Glasgow and/or Edinburgh., Have deep experience in construction and engineering disputes and advisory work at an established private practice firm or large in-house practice, with a focus on the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors
* Be able to manage both disputes and teams effectively, with consistently excellent service delivery and very strong technical skills
* Have a very strong academic background, with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Contribute to the development of the business, through client relationships and networks
* Be commercially aware, operating efficiently and with an interest in innovation
* Proactively seek out development opportunities for themselves and others
