Our Property team plays a key role in managing everything from lease agreements and legal documents to maintenance and major refurbishments. Your Journey as a Property Administrator: Maintain up-to-date property records, lease schedules and asset databases to ensure accurate and accessible information. Coordinating day-to-day property maintenance and repair requests, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. Supporting the preparation and filing of leases, licences, contracts and other key documentation. Monitoring critical dates such as lease expiries, rent reviews, and break clauses. Assisting with planning, compliance and legal documentation as part of property projects and transactions. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider Property team. Liaising with landlords, agents and legal advisors, acting as a key point of contact for all admin-related queries. Candidate Requirements: A highly organised and proactive administrator, ideally with experience in property or related fields. Confident in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with databases and document management systems.
