We're currently looking for a passionate experienced manager to take charge of the newest addition to the A Rule of Tum family - Dr. Foster! This individual needs to be a team player who has a keen interest in all things food and drink in the independent restaurant and pub scene.
The FOH team is the face of our business, and needs to take pride in their role, ensuring that they go above and beyond in order to provide our customers with a lasting impression.
Maintaining impeccable standards across all areas of a venue's operation and supporting your AROT family along the way is a must!
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* We're looking for an experienced General Manager to run a new concept for us - our first pub!
* They need to be energetic, have a great energy, and be able to motivate their management team as well as the front of house team as a whole.
* Any potential hires need to take pride in themselves, and the venues they run like it is their own.
* The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in hospitality across different parts of the industry such as, bars, restaurants and pubs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Excellent customer service skills
* Understanding of GP
* Previous knowledge of stock control + ordering duties
* Excellent time management + prioritising, ability to work under pressure
* Training + Motivating staff
* Good with targets and meeting goals
* Fully accountable for smooth service and cleanliness of the venue
* Great attention to and love for detail & a high standard of service

Pay: £35,500.00-£38,000.00 per year
