About the Role: Are you super organized, great with people, and ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for an Area Administrator to join our amazing Care at Home team In this role, you’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing records, handling payroll, and supporting our fantastic team of care professionals. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from coordinating reports to keeping our systems in tip-top shape. What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping service user and staff records up to date and accurate. Managing payroll data and tracking attendance. Pulling together reports to help us improve our service. Answering calls and being a friendly point of contact. Helping with admin tasks like taking minutes and organizing meetings. What We’re Looking For: A natural multitasker with great attention to detail. Someone with office admin experience and solid MS Office skills. A team player who’s also happy working independently. Great at handling sensitive info and keeping everything confidential.
