Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant Location: Fleetwood, Lancashire, North West England Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.90 - £14.00 Per hour Job Duties: As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, your main responsibilities will include assisting teachers in the classroom, supporting students with their learning activities, helping to create a positive learning environment, and providing additional support to students with special educational needs. Required Qualifications: No formal qualifications are required, but a strong passion for education and a willingness to learn are essential. Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but any experience working with children or in an educational setting would be beneficial. Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills, patience, empathy, ability to work well in a team, and a desire to support the educational development of students. Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or willingness to complete Working Conditions: You will work in a school environment, following the school term calendar.
